Please make sure that your son’s/daughter’s uniform and other clothing is labelled.
A Group Photograph will be taken to be included in the programme. Photographs of each Colony, Pack, Troop and Unit will be taken too and you will be able to purchase copies by ordering on the night. If you do not want your child to be photographed please make sure you let us know by phoning either Elizabeth Pettitt 662796 or Sheila Ringe 654836 when we will make sure your wish is carried out.
We need a team of 16 ladies willing to make up the cast. It involves being at the Dress Rehearsal and then at the 3 performances. Duties during the shows can be split so that everyone can see the show. If you can help please contact Sheila Ringe on 01892 654836. We also need about 10 people per performance to help with refreshments in the interval for both the audience and the cast. If you are able to help please contact Sandi Riddall on 01892 652968.
Each family will be issued with 2 books of raffle tickets which we hope you will try to sell. If you receive more than 2 books (because you have more than one member in the Group) and you feel that you cannot sell them, please do not hesitate to return them to your son’s leader. Please do your best to sell at least 2 books. If you require more books please contact Valerie Hemsley on 01892 662712.
If any parent would like to sponsor an act, purchase advertising space in the programme or donate a raffle prize, please contact Louise McKell on 01892 663138.
Tickets for all three performances will be on sale at Broadway Bookshop, Crowborough from Tuesday 15th October. Adults - £5. Concessions - £2.50.
We are sorry this letter is so long. Hopefully it is the only one you will get regarding the show. Please put the dates in your diary.
Thanking you in anticipation of your help and support.
Yours in scouting,
Jim and Sheila Ringe and Derek and Elizabeth Pettitt. Joint Producers. SCOUT SHOW RUNNING ORDERThe Beginning | ||||||||||
